• Lead process design, configuration, and support for Oracle Fusion procurement and payables modules in a digital-first payments environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver intuitive, automated workflows ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Champion best practices, data-driven improvements, and rapid adoption of new fintech solutions.
• Be the go-to expert for requirement gathering, issue resolution, and user training during implementation and beyond.
• Unlock the next level of payments operations—supporting high-volume, high-impact business growth.
What You Bring
• 8+ years in Oracle P2P and at least 3 years hands-on with Fusion SaaS—preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Proven leadership in digital transformation, automation, and cloud SaaS implementations.
• A passion for fintech innovation and empowering teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.
